### Returns
**Eligibility:**
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
**Process:**

2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label.
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip and attach the return shipping label to the package.
4. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
**Shipping Costs:**
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
### Refunds
**Processing Time:**
- Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
**Refund Amount:**
- The refund will include the cost of the returned items and applicable taxes, excluding original shipping charges.
- If you received a discount or promotion on your order, the refund will reflect the amount you paid, not the full retail price.
**Exchanges:**
